  • Step 1: Prepare the lobster by ensuring it is clean and cut into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  • Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
